How to take Cycle Balance
If your cycle is regular (aka you know when your period will start):
In the week leading up to your period, take 1 tsp (6 dropperfuls) twice a day, until you finish the bottle.
If your cycle is irregular (aka you don't know when your period will start):

Typically I have a lot of GI distress the 2 weeks prior to my period with a lot of night time cramping. The first night starting the tincture I slept thru the night with no pain. My digestion felt so much better that first week. A good change for just 1 week. I have super heavy periods with fibroids. Hoping this can help with easing the blood loss over the next few months.
