Who knew it would be as simple as trying this new formula to get me to stop overeating

I sometimes eat a bit more during my meals out of stress or as a result of emotional eating. I recently noticed that I have actually stopped doing this because I feel more full at the end of my meals since taking Cravings Support. I was very surprised because I did not have many expectations.. The biggest change I've noticed is that I am sticking to my allotted meal portions rather than eating more when I'm already full. When it comes to helping my late night sugar craving, this has been a HUGE help

I would take mine at night around 8 pm is when I would get intense sugar cravings. About 20-30 mins after taking it, I no longer had that intense sugar urge that I could not quiet. This has actually been my favorite benefit from cravings support. I take it in the morning for blood sugar/insulin too and I'm not sure if its helping those things since I don't have a monitor to measure them.
