Product Return Policy 

Due to the personalized nature of Cycle Balance, we cannot accept returns for this product (even if unopened). 

For unopened non-Cycle Balance products (ie. Daily Harmony, Yin Time, etc.), email team@elixhealing.com for return instructions

Shipping and Cancellation Notes

We cannot refund delayed or misplaced shipments but will send replacement orders

Order cancellations must be requested 48 hours before the order date

Same-day cancellations cannot be processed for refund
